General Prize Draw Rules – Vents Hungary
These terms govern the promotions, games, and raffles managed and conducted by Vents Hungary, Bodorvent Kft. (headquarters: 2890 Tata, Új út 3., company registration number: 11 09 008288, tax number: 12694217-2-11) (hereinafter: „Organizer”) through the Vents Hungary Facebook page. The terms do not apply to promotions or games managed with a separate Facebook application or data entry form.
1. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
1.1. By participating in the game, the player simultaneously declares that they have fully familiarized themselves with the rules and consider them binding.
1.2. Anyone who is at least 18 years old and has a residential address in Hungary may participate in the game.
1.3. Employees, agents of the Organizer, and their close relatives may not participate in the game.
2. INVITATION POSTS FOR THE GAME
2.1. The game will be announced on the Vents Hungary Facebook page, which includes:
the deadline for entry,
the procedure for participation,
the type and number of prize(s),
the method of selecting the winner(s).
2.2. If there is a discrepancy between these rules and the text of the announced post, the contents of the post shall prevail.
3. PARTICIPATION
3.1. Participation occurs as described in the post. A player may only participate once. Invalid entries include those that are inappropriate, late, or result from technical errors.
3.2. Multiple entries using automated tools are prohibited.
4. SELECTION OF WINNER(S)
4.1. The winner(s) will be selected by drawing or, in the case of creative content, by the decision of a jury.
4.2. The winner will be notified via Facebook message. Identification is required to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 2 business days, a backup winner will be selected.
5. PRIZES
5.1. The prize will be delivered within 28 days, unless the game post states otherwise.
5.2. The organizer reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value.
5.3. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
5.4. Collection will take place in the specified manner and location.
6. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
6.1. The participant assumes responsibility that their message does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
6.2. Participation is not considered gambling and is not tied to any payment of stakes.
6.3. The Organizer will do everything to ensure the integrity of the game. In case of abuse, rule violation, or force majeure, the prize may be withheld.
6.4. The Organizer is not responsible for damages resulting from inaccurate data provision.
6.5. Liability arising from technical problems related to the operation of the game is excluded.
6.6. The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt, suspend the game, or modify the rules. A notification will be published on Facebook.
6.7. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality and quantity of the prizes; claims can be enforced against the distributor.
6.8. The Organizer reserves the right to change the prizes.
6.9. A person who does not collect the prize within the deadline will be automatically excluded.
6.10. Hungarian laws apply to the game, and Hungarian courts are competent in case of legal disputes.
7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1. By applying, the player accepts the data management rules and consents to:
the disclosure of their name,
the processing of their personal data according to the regulations,
The Organizer may use your data for marketing purposes while respecting personal rights.
7.2. The player consents to the Organizer processing their personal data (profile name, real name, phone number, address) published on Facebook for the purpose of conducting the game.
7.3. Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws (Act CXII of 2011), and may only be transmitted to third parties to the extent necessary for the execution.
7.4. The participant may request the deletion or modification of their data at any time via message on the Vents Hungary Facebook page. By requesting deletion, the player excludes themselves from the game.
