A BlauAIR air handling systems offer the most advanced solutions for industrial and commercial spaces, providing unique flexibility and energy efficiency. These air handlers are available in various types and sizes to meet every requirement, whether for floor-mounted or ceiling-mounted units. The wide performance range (500–9000 m³/h) allows the systems to adapt to any building type and air handling requirements.
BlauAIR air handlers are available with different heat exchangers, such as counterflow and rotary solutions. Counterflow heat exchangers provide outstanding efficiency, while rotary heat exchangers are particularly suitable for higher humidity environments. Among the options is the enthalpy heat exchanger, which is ideal for use in hot and humid climates. The automated bypass and frost protection ensure seamless operation even in extreme weather conditions.
The basis of the systems is the frameless cladding system, made of steel panels coated with zinc-aluminum, with a 40 mm mineral wool layer for thermal and acoustic insulation. The high corrosion resistance (C4 class) ensures long lifespan and reliability in any environment. The F7 class filters effectively clean both the supply and exhaust air, contributing to optimal indoor air quality.
During Fans equipped with EC motors, which are fitted with backward-curved blades, provide quiet and energy-efficient operation for all air transport needs. The integrated plug-and-play control systems, based on the Carel kVent platform, allow for simple configuration and remote access via Ethernet connection. The Modbus and Bacnet protocols support seamless integration with other building management systems.
The user-friendly control panels, such as the S30 th-Tune provide basic configuration options, while the S32 pGDe extended panel allows for full engineering configuration. These features ensure the ease of use of the systems and the comfort of the operators.

Blauberg AHU Selection
A Blauberg AHU Selection Program is an intelligent design tool that facilitates the selection of industrial air handling units. The program aims to provide customized solutions tailored to the needs of each client while simplifying the design process. The tool allows for the flexible arrangement of units and functional sections, taking into account the unique requirements of the site and the specifics of the project. During the selection of air handling units, the program provides a detailed technical description, including the fan performance curves, heat exchanger operating data, and other relevant information.
The program prioritizes ease of use and accuracy: the designed units can be automatically integrated into CAD systems, making the design documentation easily accessible in .dwg, .dxf, and .pdf formats. The Blauberg AHU Selection Program offers 14 standard sizes, with air delivery capacities ranging from 1500 m³/h to as much as 128000 m³/h. Custom-sized units are also available upon request.

The casing of the air handling units plays a crucial role in the efficiency and durability of the system, ensuring thermal and acoustic insulation while providing protection against external environmental effects. The casing systems of the BlauAir series have outstanding technical characteristics that contribute to the reliable operation of the equipment even in the most extreme conditions. These casings are known not only for their mechanical strength and corrosion resistance but also for providing excellent thermal insulation and protection against thermal bridges.
A BlauAir The casings of air handling units are made with basalt fiber insulation from mineral wool, which is completely fireproof due to its density of 90 kg/m³.
This insulation provides outstanding performance not only in minimizing heat loss but also in noise reduction, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment. The casings are made from corrosion-resistant materials such as galvanized steel or aluminum, guaranteeing a long lifespan even in unfavorable environmental conditions.
The unique properties of the various casing types allow the systems to flexibly adapt to specific construction and operational requirements, ensuring that every BlauAir unit provides optimal operation for minimizing temperature, humidity, and noise.

Framed design
The framed casing consists of a classic aluminum profile, secured with cast corners, ensuring high durability of the unit. The panels of the casing are made from galvanized steel, which has a zinc-aluminum coating for corrosion protection. 50 mm thick insulation ensures thermal and acoustic insulation. This design is an ideal choice for higher performance units, as it provides high mechanical strength while protecting the system from external environmental effects.
BLF
Frameless design
A BLF frameless casing its innovative design eliminates thermal bridges, improving thermal resistance and minimizing heat loss. The 40 mm thick mineral wool insulated steel panels provide a lightweight and compact solution that is ideal for outdoor installation. The zinc-aluminum coated or stainless steel panels resist corrosion and guarantee long service life. The BLF system with Eurovent certification offers outstanding energy efficiency and noise reduction.
BLN
Self Support Frameless design
A BLN self-supporting, frameless casing features a PVC profiled modular design that eliminates thermal bridges, reduces noise levels, and improves thermal resistance. The 50 mm thick mineral wool insulated steel panels provide excellent noise reduction and energy efficiency. The outer panels are made of zinc-aluminum or polymer coated steel, which is ideal for outdoor installation. The BLN system's lightweight and modular design offers flexible installation options while ensuring high levels of air tightness and thermal insulation.
