BlauAIR ventilation systems offer state-of-the-art solutions for industrial and commercial spaces and provide unique flexibility and energy efficiency. These air treatment units are available in a variety of types and sizes to meet all your requirements, whether they are mounted on the floor or the ceiling. The wide performance range (500 to 9000 m³/h) allows the systems to be adapted to any building type and climate control.
BlauAIR air treatment units are available with various heat exchangers, such as counterflow and rotary drum solutions. Counterflow heat exchangers provide excellent efficiency, while rotary drum heat exchangers are particularly suitable for environments with higher humidity. Options include an enthalpy heat exchanger, which is ideal for use in hot and humid climates. Automated bypass and frost protection ensure smooth operation even in extreme weather conditions.
The basis of the systems is a frameless cladding system, made of steel sheets coated with zinc-aluminum and equipped with a 40 mm thick layer of mineral wool for thermal and sound insulation. The high corrosion resistance (Class C4) ensures a long lifespan and reliability in any environment. F7 class filters efficiently clean both the supply and exhaust air, thus contributing to optimal indoor air quality.
Fans with EC motors and adjustable blades ensure quiet and energy-efficient operation for all airflow requirements. The integrated plug-and-play control systems, based on the Carel kVent platform, allow for easy configuration and remote access via Ethernet. The Modbus and Bacnet protocols support seamless integration with other building management systems.
User-friendly control panels such as the S30 th-Tune offer basic adjustment options, while the advanced S32 pGDe panel allows for complete technical configuration. These features guarantee easy operation of the systems and comfort for the operator.

Blauberg RLT selection
The Blauberg RLT selection program is an intelligent design tool that facilitates the selection of industrial ventilation units. The program aims to provide tailored solutions that meet the needs of each customer while simplifying the design process. The tool allows you to flexibly arrange units and functional sections considering the individual requirements of the site and the specifics of the project. When selecting ventilation units, the program offers a detailed technical description that includes fan performance curves, operating data of the heat exchanger, and other relevant information.
The program focuses on user-friendliness and accuracy: designed units can be automatically integrated into CAD systems, making the construction documentation easily accessible in .dwg, .dxf, and .pdf formats. The Blauberg RLT selection program offers 14 standard sizes with air volume flows ranging from 1500 m³/h to 128000 m³/h. Special sizes are available upon request.

Industrial air treatment units
The enclosure of the ventilation units plays a key role in the efficiency and longevity of the system by ensuring thermal and sound insulation and providing protection against external environmental influences. The housing systems of the BlauAir series feature outstanding technical properties that contribute to the reliable operation of the units even under the most extreme conditions. These covers are known not only for their mechanical strength and corrosion resistance but also for providing excellent thermal insulation and protection against thermal bridges.
The covers of the BlauAir ventilation units consist of a basalt fiber insulation made of mineral wool, which is absolutely fireproof due to its density of 90 kg/m³
solution. This insulation not only minimizes heat loss but also reduces noise and ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The covers are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as galvanized steel or aluminum, thus guaranteeing a long service life even under adverse environmental conditions.
The unique properties of the various housing types allow for flexible adaptation of the systems to specific construction and operational requirements, ensuring optimal operation of each BlauAir unit to minimize temperature, humidity, and noise.

Frame design
The frame housing consists of a classic aluminum profile, which is secured with cast corners to ensure high durability of the device. The coverings of the housing are made of galvanized steel, which is coated with a zinc-aluminum layer for corrosion protection. The 50 mm thick insulation provides thermal and sound insulation. This construction is the ideal choice for more powerful devices, as it offers high mechanical strength while protecting the system from external environmental influences.
BLF
Frameless design
The innovative design of the frameless BLF housing eliminates thermal bridges, improves thermal resistance, and minimizes heat loss. Steel panels with a 40 mm thick layer of mineral wool provide a lightweight and compact solution that is ideal for outdoor installation. Zinc-aluminum coated or stainless steel sheets are corrosion-resistant and guarantee a long lifespan. The Eurovent-certified BLF system ensures excellent energy efficiency and noise reduction.
BLN
Self-supporting frameless design
The self-supporting frameless BLN cladding features a modular PVC profile design that eliminates thermal bridges, reduces noise levels, and improves thermal resistance. Steel panels with mineral wool insulation up to 50 mm thick provide excellent noise reduction and energy efficiency. The outer cladding is made of zinc-aluminum or polymer-coated steel, making it ideal for outdoor installation. The lightweight and modular structure of the BLN system offers flexible installation options while maintaining high air tightness and thermal insulation.
