BlauAIR air handling systems offer state-of-the-art solutions for industrial and commercial spaces, providing unique flexibility and energy efficiency. These air handlers are available in a variety of types and sizes to meet all your needs, whether floor or ceiling mounted. The wide power range (500 to 9000 m³/h) allows the systems to adapt to any building type and air conditioning requirements.
BlauAIR air handlers are available with various heat exchangers, such as countercurrent and rotary drum solutions. Countercurrent heat exchangers provide outstanding efficiency, while rotary drum heat exchangers are particularly suitable for environments with higher humidity. Options include an enthalpy heat exchanger, ideal for use in hot and humid climates. Automated bypass and frost protection ensure smooth operation even in extreme weather conditions.
The basis of the systems is a frameless cladding system, which is made of steel panels coated with zinc-aluminum with a 40 mm layer of mineral wool for heat and sound insulation. High corrosion resistance (class C4) ensures long service life and reliability in any environment. Class F7 filters efficiently purify both supply and exhaust air, contributing to optimal indoor air quality.
Fans with EC motors and reclining blades ensure quiet and energy-efficient operation for all airflow needs. The integrated plug-and-play control systems, based on the Carel kVent platform, enable easy configuration and remote access via Ethernet. The Modbus and Bacnet protocols support seamless integration with other building management systems.
User-friendly control panels such as the S30 th-Tune provide basic adjustment options, while the S32 pGDe extended panel allows for a complete engineering configuration. These functions guarantee easy operation of the systems and convenience for operators.

Blauberg AHU Selection
The Blauberg AHU Selection Program is an intelligent design tool that facilitates the selection of industrial air handling units. The program aims to provide customized solutions tailored to each customer’s needs while simplifying the design process. The tool allows you to flexibly arrange units and functional sections, taking into account the individual requirements of the site and the specifics of the project. In the process of selecting air handling units, the program provides a detailed technical description, which includes fan power curves, heat exchanger operation data and other relevant information.
The program focuses on ease of use and accuracy: designed units can be automatically integrated into CAD systems, making design documentation easily accessible in .dwg, .dxf and .pdf formats. The Blauberg AHU Selection Program offers 14 standard sizes with air flow capacities ranging from 1500 m³/h up to 128000 m³/h. Custom sized units are available on request.

The enclosure of the air handling units plays a key role in the efficiency and durability of the system, ensuring heat and sound insulation and providing protection against external environmental influences. The enclosure systems of the BlauAir series have outstanding technical characteristics that contribute to reliable operation of equipment even under the most extreme conditions. These covers are known not only for their mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, but also provide excellent thermal insulation and protection against thermal bridges.
The covers of the BlauAir air handling units are made of basalt fiber insulation made of mineral wool, which is completely fireproof due to its density of 90 kg/m³
solution. This insulation not only minimizes heat loss, but also reduces noise, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment. The covers are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as galvanized steel or aluminum, guaranteeing a long service life even under adverse environmental conditions.
The unique characteristics of different enclosure types allow systems to flexibly adapt to specific construction and operational needs, ensuring optimal operation of each BlauAir unit to minimise temperature, humidity and noise.
BLL
Frame design
The frame casing consists of a classic aluminum profile, which is fixed with cast corners, ensuring high durability of the unit. The panels of the casing are made of galvanized steel, which has a zinc-aluminum coating for corrosion protection. Insulation 50 mm thick takes care of heat and sound insulation. This design is an ideal choice for more powerful units as it provides high mechanical strength while protecting the system from external environmental influences.
BLF
Frameless design
The innovative design of the BLF frameless enclosure excludes thermal bridges, improving thermal resistance and minimizing heat loss. Steel panels with a 40 mm thick layer of mineral wool provide a lightweight and compact solution ideal for outdoor installation. Zinc-aluminum coated or stainless steel panels are resistant to corrosion and guarantee a long service life. The Eurovent certified BLF system ensures outstanding energy efficiency and noise reduction.
BLN
Self Support Frameless Design
The BLN self-supporting frameless cladding features a PVC profiled modular design that eliminates thermal bridges, reduces noise levels and improves thermal resistance. Steel panels with mineral wool insulation up to 50 mm thick provide excellent noise reduction and energy efficiency. The outer panels are made of zinc-aluminum or polymer-coated steel, which is ideal for outdoor installation. The low weight and modular design of the BLN system offer flexible installation options while ensuring a high level of airtightness and thermal insulation.
